I received a phone call saying that I would be charged for tech support unless I called to cancel a “subscription”. I called back and was told the only way to stop the charge would be to fill out their online form. They directed me to

www.fastsupport.com & then wanted me to load software to allow them remote access. They said the company name was PC Tech Mart located in LA.
