Attempts to gain access to computer and network. Says you have a malware problem. Claims to be fixing your computer. Installs a spam. Calls and leaves automated messages. Harasses me daily. Claims to have installed software and needs to be removed. Attempts to gain access to computer network. Calls from various numbers. Falsely identifies business and gives fake names. Calls come Jamaica and other numbers. Leaves automated messages. People have a Middle Eastern accent. No one there speaks English very well. Gives false information when I ask for credentials. Refuses to remove my number. Claims to have a bug installed on my computer. Harasses me with customer service representatives. Refuses to stop. Has been on-going for over two years.
