On 11/11/20, I received a voice mail message from a recorded voice. The name of the co was incoherent, but stated to call back about Cancelling a subscription To receive a refund. I called and a man with a heavy accent answered. He said it was For pc security I ordered 5 years ago. I asked for the name of the co. He said PC Support. I said I have no recollection of ordering any such service and asked Why was there a (partial) refund. He said bc the co was going out of business. I asked when did I pay for this. He said 3 years ago on 3/14/17. I asked if this was being paid monthly and he said no, it was $299 for 5 years. I asked how was this paid. He said he couldn’t tell me anymore. I would need to turn on my pc. He would help me cancel my subscription and an account associate could answer questions about the acct. I asked how they were issuing the refund. He said anyway that I requested. I told him I would need to check my records and hung up.
