Oct 20, 2019 I opened a Email and alarms warnings went off I had notifications to contact a number etc. well I fell for the scan. On the line was PC status already to help me with my problem. At the end of it all I was charged $199.99 for them to run a scan and have me all ok. The day was a Sunday if it had been a weekday I would of gone to my computer store, which I did on Monday which they confirmed I had been taken. I fought the charge at the time but PC Status was pretty smart, they ask me to e-mail a statement that they fixed my computer. So I lost that Battle. Fast forward to June 24th, 2020 I see a charge of $399.99 on my Visa Card to PC Status INC, once was not enough for them, I have had no contact with PC Status since Oct. 2019. I was provided no service or product from them, they will not return my E-mails or now answer the phone. I have since talked to my credit card company (Fraud Division) and they will now deal with PC Status INC. I see they are located in Folsom Calif. Is there a Prison there? How nice for the families of these owners they won't have far to drive to visit them in Prison.

I was mislead by a fake arlo technical support agent who stated that the issue with my security camera system was because my pc was corrupted. He said he will connect me to the vendor who Arlo uses to fix pc issues that cause the cameras to go offline. The vendor is PC Status. After doing things on my computer he said that I can call anytime and that I should have no issues on my Arlo camera, and that I will get refund if it same issue happens again. 10min later same issue. Tried calling their number but no answer. I called the real Arlo tech support and they said they never use a 3rd party vendor for fixing computers,and that it has no relation to the problems I have. Do not get scammed. They lied about working with Arlo which is false then they get your credit card and charge you for scamming that they do to your pc thinking that you are fixing your camera issue. Also lied about calling anytime of the day and someone will talk to you for support. I have cLled my credit card and reported them and stopped charges.
