Scammer wanted me to pay for a renewal of a Norton Security Family Plan for 5 years in the amount of $397.29. I have not signed up for an original plan. He had me on the phone for almost an hour. The pages he showed me were poorly written, showed lack of knowledge of proper English grammar. When I one page wanted my bank account I started questioning him and that's when he said if I didn't give him the needed information I would be charged twice!
