They said that I could pay the $300 over the phone so that my computer will be safe. I do not own a home computer nor have I purchased protection. When I called the number back, they answered the phone "Hello" instead of saying the name of the company. The man on the phone was a foreigner and difficult to understand. He said that I had purchased the software in the past from the company (which I have not).

person calling said i had a refund from their company pc help and support said if i had on line banking or a credit card i could get the refund online or they could send me a check for 1000 dollars and i could take my refund from that and send them back the difference. i did have an account with them but they said they had to refund the money because they had apparently did something wrong and could not get reinstated unless they refunded the payments from all their cusomerd.. didn' sound right by me.
