I booked with them to be at my wedding reception to set up a photo booth and they charged my card $275 for services to be rendered and even sent conformations to my email. Spoke with rep named Ray to confirm a week before event. Got a text from them a couple of days before event saying the were about to charge my card and I told them they already had received payment. Sent them a screenshot of payment and did not hear back from them. They confirmed by email once again. They never showed up or contacted me. When I called them after the event was over the did not answer, so I sent a text requesting a refund and their response was we didn't take your money, dispute it. No more responses from them after that.
