BestVacationsEver.com got $200 from mom two years ago. We have emails where I tried to contact them in order to redeem the vacation offer or get refund and got no response. Today, they called to tell her that her vacation was expired and that she needed to upgrade to a lifetime plan. When I intercepted the call to get redemption info and to try to get customer service number, I was given 800-626-2780, the number to NC travel and tourism office. When I asked for a mailing address, I was told they don't know one for customer service and they couldn't provide a number to his location. They claim they are on BBB. They are, but not verified. They mentioned their website, the website is gives me warnings that it is hacked. Is there no way this can be stopped?
