I received a call from Cythia Thomas, stating that she wanted to give me the chance to clear up an invoice from a publication that was received in January. It was for a trade publication called "Whats new in Benefits" Cynthia first said she was just trying to be nice and make sure it doesn't go against the businesses credit. Then after I asked to see an invoice or a signature showing that I purchased anything she said if it didn't get paid it would go against my personal credit! After I said how is that possible she said they have all my info. I replied there is no way they have that and they would need to have my SSN if they were going to attempt to put anything on my credit report. She then said yes I see they have that too. She then got hostile told me if I wasn't going to pay then stop wasting her time and hung up. I called her back 3 times (two of them she hung up on me) and on the third she said she would go back to the company and tell them maybe it was a mistake. She then tried to say she ran the company so I couldn't talk to a manager because she owned the company.
