We were contacted via email by Pouyan "PB" Broukhim about PB Financial Group Corp. about loan services they provide. We are a new real estate investment company and have been looking for lenders. The signature information including name, address, license numbers, are all legit for a company call PB Financial Group Corp. but the scammer used a different email and phone number. They proceeded to email us with loan terms, once agreeing to them we received and application and sent over information to apply. Such as, Drivers license, property summary, signed loan repayment plan, our entity filings. Once they were received we got an email saying "I will get back to you as soon as possible". The next day I sent a follow up email to check on the status of the loan and was no longer able to come into contact. Email address no longer existed.
