Type of a scam Identity Theft

I was applying for a payday loan through clearviewloans and was not approved and was transferred to payzonno.com which appears legit at the time and gave them the following information: Full Name, Address, Social Security number, Drivers License, Direct deposit date, Routing and checking account number. After clicking on the apply button for a loan, the website brought me back to a screen that said "Whats your address and showed me my address with the OK button and when I click on it, it does nothing. Where you usually would get a response that will confirm that you applied and they'll get back to you, etc. This site is definitely fraud.
