What is more they are profiting during a war, and stealing money intended to help Ukrainian civilians and victims in need.
This is an international war crime. I trusted them to send money to people in need. They just took the money the other account
never got it. Paysend has zero customer support. They have programed form letter chats, and emails, but no actual
person helps. They just lie and steal all the money you send, defrauding and scamming, taking from people
who need help. I was trying to buy a coat for a little girl who fled her home with no coat. They charge the card an amount
to test the card, and promise to give that back. They never give that back either.
Paysend stole that money. I filed claims against them with my bank, my card, law enforcement, the
BBB, every thing I can. They refused to communicate with me or help for 20 days. I want people to know Paysend is a fraudulent scam.
DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Paysend---- Give me my $51.83 back I need to help a little girl buy a warm coat with that money.
