I received info concerning John Hopkins breach & just finished completing the online form. I went to my e-mail & saw this PayPal e-mail: Thank you for placing an order with Us. We confirm that the following order has been received. Straight Talk Apple iPhone 11, 64GB, Black- Prepaid Smartphone, Item # 20C113, Price $249.99,STAT, Preparing to Ship, Expected to Arrive Tomorrow, TOTAL $499.98, QTY 2. I called the 1800#

I spoke to a male (Mike Thomas) & I had to complete information so I would not be charged or could receive refund. I had some trouble & next thing I knew he had access to my computer w/o permission. He said he is going to hang up & someone will call me to complete a form for a refund. When they called they wanted me to check my bank account to see if the charges went through. I used my phone & when the realize they were upset & insisted I should use my computer. I hung up, deleted their access, then the next day I took my computer to the Geek Squad. They removed their virus scan/malware access to my computer. This was the 2nd email I received. I check my account, there was no charge then. I reacted because of the John Hopkins breach. I didn't recall the first time then.
