I will start by saying I am elderly and hearing impaired. Medical Revenue Service sent me a bill alleging I owed $669 to Health Services of Central Georgia. I responded via certified mail at which time I disputed this bill and requested a copy of the original itemized bill from the alleged debt collector as well as any bill evidencing payments made by my health insurance AND the name, address, and telephone number of the original creditor. This was received by them on 3/14/25. I then received another letter from Medical Revenue Service WITHOUT the requested itemized bills OR the name, address and telephone number of the original creditor. However, I was able to pull my calendars for 2021 and identified the only medical provider I saw on 1/29/21 and contacted them directly on 4/9/25 at which time I spoke with their billing department and was told I did not owe any money to their office; I then contacted the medical provider's new billing office and they, too, confirmed that there is no balance due on my account.

I tried calling Medical Revenue Service today and spoke with a Chevy Neal who kept referencing her "supervisor" and asking for more personal information. I explained that I was, indeed, disputing this alleged debt and AGAIN requested a copy of the itemized bill including any payment made by my health insurance. She eventually transferred me to the voicemail of a Ms. Pimental and I left a detailed voicemail requesting the same information from her.

Again, I dispute this bill, have made a reasonable attempt to get information from them and have been getting the run around. Not sure how or why they have my personal information but I do feel it's some sort of scam and they have wrongfully accessed my personal information.

I've been paying a legit collection company for seven months. Today I received a letter from this scammer with some same info and different payment site or send a check to. When I called them they said the provider sent it over to them in March. I only provided my birth date and address. I told them no one is getting my money until I figure out what's going on. I then called the actual collection company and they had the right balance and also tried to look up the scammer for me but couldn't find anything. They said I should look into it. I totally agreed!! I called the provider next and they assured me that I was probably correct that it was not legit and to continue making payments to the one I've been using.

Beware of letters with minimal contact information and copy cats!
