After purchasing a self paced online course, I was directed to contact a number provided via text to setup an account. I was then led down a path to open a credit card that would allow them to charge $8000. When opening the credit card I was forced to use the screensharing feature of the app I was required to download, AnyDesk Remote Desktop, during the call so that all of my entries, including private information, were visible to the representative on the call. When I repeatedly stated I was uncomfortable with this I was ignored and talked over and disregarded my concerns. After hanging up I was immediately called back from another agent who was rude and condescending. The method for their sales and treatment of their customers is designed to take advantage of individuals who would not know to avoid such red flags.
