I ordered some pay dirt to pan for gold at home. The website says their product ships within 10 days. After 10 days and no shipping confirmation I emailed their customer support several times but no one ever responded, I even check my spam folder. I tried to email support from their website as they have a form to fill out, however, they do not have a submit button to send the form to. Then I tried calling. I looked up their phone number and tried every single number I could find online. Not a single phone number listed was actually for Lynch Mining. Then I went to the ScamPulse.com and noticed that a lot of other people have had my same experience. I really just want the product that I ordered. What a terrible company to treat its customers like this. Please help.

I bought some paydirt and the seller never shipped my item. I never even got a tracking number after waiting four weeks. I sent two emails and never got a response. I tried calling and the phone number is disconnected. I filed a complaint with PayPal and had my money refunded. The website still works, they will take your money, but won't communicate or ship your products.
