someone from claiming to be from www.paydatacheck.com has been calling me.... harassing me to pay a supposed bad check from 2003. Even after consulting a lawyer who told me that even if it was was real the statute of lim had ran out, another guy called to say that it was now federal. "If you want to see what i can do," the last phone call said," let my show you Mr. Langley. Pay it or else." and then the man hung up! Can you believe that!

They told me to deposit money in a Wells Fargo account to suffice the balance. They gave me a routing number and account number.

They have been relentless. All my lawyers tells me the minute I try to pay anything they will drain my account.
