Knocked on my door, said he had extra asphalt he had to get rid of and offered to pave my driveway cheap, wouldn’t give an estimate,said he wouldn’t know till it was done. I was charged double and there is grass growing through.This is Paxton Smith, who is wanted in South Carolina for stealing a $135,000 paving rig
