There is a strange text from Paxiom Group. "I am Mrs. Anne Murphy, I'm from the Human Resources Department at Paxiom Group, I am pleased to inform you that your resume posted has been reviewed and forwarded to the Management Team of Paxiom Group, (Paxiom Group, Management Team) for an interview if you are available and willing to undergo this interview …?"
They want you to download"wire secure messenger" and send your information to them through there.

I just received the same text, pasted below:

I am Mrs. Katerina Laura, I'm from the Human Resources Department at Paxiom Group, I am pleased to inform you that your resume posted has been reviewed and forwarded to the Management Team of Paxiom Group, (Paxiom Group, Management Team) for an interview if you are available and willing to undergo this interview…?

This interviewing procedure will be a computer/smartphone-based interview. The interview will be done by instant messaging. Are you available to start the interview session right now?

This seemed too quick so I cam here. I called the main phone number and asked for HR, the lady in HR informed me no one by that name works there and this is a scam.

A “Mr. Felix Davidson” & “Ms. Katerina Laura” had texted me to get me to download an app, “Wire Secure Messenger”. I had an eerie feeling about this encounter, but I proceeded anyway. The “interview” took place through text, which we all know, is not normal. They even sent a job offer through email at “[email protected]”. When they mentioned they would be sending a check prior to me working at all, I became skeptical and decided to look them up. I found it was a legitimate company, but no where did it mention these names. I looked up a “Mr. Felix Davidson” along with the company name, and found this website. I confronted the individual, and they claimed to be the “online division of the company”. I sent them this website and they never texted me again.
Please beware of these scammers folks. Have a great year and good luck finding that job and on your career journey!
