It is basically the same as all the other complains. I was rip off of$600. It was for the dog named 'KANE'. It is funny to see another person didn't get their dog whose named was also 'KANE". I think that they just kept the same pictures up and kept "selling" the same doges.

I LOST $600.00 to Pax labradors.
This was for a dog (english white Labrador.) name 'Kane'. I sent the money thru money mart. Ithen received a e-mail telling me that They were getting the dog reddie to ship and i would have the dog the following evening. So I got some dog toys, food, and bowls. That evening I waited in the front of my house all evening. No Dog that evening. Following day I text then to see what happened. They texted back, (Hours) later that they are getting the dog ready to be flown that nite. I texted back to them what was the problem and told them it looked like this was a scam. as expected, the Dog,didn't come. Then knew it Must be a scam. I Texted them one more time asking them what was happening, how was the dog doing.
Like so many TEXT messages. I didn't expect any answer back.
They took my $600 and left me SCAMed.

Online puppy sale scam. Will ask for $600 upfront for the dog and that includes shipping of the dog. Then the next day they will contact you and ask for a kennel rental of $980 or pet shipping insurance of $1450. Please note they all have Indian or Middle Eastern accents just like most scammers do.

I hate scammers!
My son sent them $600 for a dog through zelle while I listen in the background. First off, I told him I wouldn't buy from them because of his Indian/middle-eastern accent - big tip off for me. He sent the money and the next day they sent him an email from the "pet shipping" company asking for a $980 deposit on a special transport kennel and $950 would be returned in CASH when you pick up the dog. It was explained as a $30 rental charge. Cash return? I called the the "pet shipping" company and asked him about the charge (again another accent) and he told me the guy would bring my deposit in cash. I asked him to send me a copy of the bill of lading or the contract from Pax Labradors and he said he didn't have that. I asked for a picture of the dog in the kennel and he told me some BS about not being able to take pics in the airport. Do not send money through zelle because you cannot dispute the charges through your bank even if you don't get your product or services. With a credit card you have a chance to dispute.
I have called Pax and the shipping company and they have blocked my number. I guess my son only lost $600 and we caught on at the $980 part of the scam. It's a shame I didn't stop the transaction right when I heard their accent and my gut told me to. My son learned an important lesson to slow down in a purchasing transaction to make sure some research is done and he is protected in the deal.

Their website on the first page seems legit. It’s not until you look at their customer reviews that you may realize something is up. First off, every single review uses bad English and terribly cheesy photos. They also don’t post on their website where they are from or a contact phone number the only way they will communicate with you is through email. When asked for previous customers I could contact, they only provided me with an email address. Again, not transparent. They also can’t compute math very well. Their website says 50% off this month. At first I thought “that makes since they need to sell these puppies and they are going to be hard pressed with the current pandemic” but then you see the dogs and the original number of $750 is crossed off with a current price of $600. I am not a mathematician by any means but that’s not 50% off. Bottom line this place is a scam. Not only scamming people out of hard earned money but also toying with peoples very real emotions!

They scammed my daughter. Got her for the price of the pup and the airline insurance totaling $1490. She spoke to several different individuals and they kept trying to add more fees to get the pup flown down. She lost her year old lab this week and they played her hard. Beware!

+1

What kind of dog was this? Do you know the pups name?

I initially ordered a pup from them. They had special process for paying, would not take credit cards and wanted money sent through Western Union or Zellepay.com. Very impersonal and questionable. Did not send money to them. Something is amiss with this outfit. Found out where they were from after they told me where to send the money via Western Union..

Something appears amiss with this company. Luckily I did not send them 600.00. The e-mails from them appeared to be very impersonal and the process to send your money was in question. I didn't do it, especially after reading this post.

They claim to have puppies for sale. They ask for money up front for the puppy then they said they are shipping your puppy but ask for more money to purchase a special crate. This is about $980.00. I did not send them this money. I only lost $ 600.00 for the puppy I never received.

This is really bad and it is all online. The website needs to be taken down. I am talking to my bank and hope to get my back but I don't think I will
