I ordered a puzzle in early November as a Christmas gift. I paid and received confirmation of my purchase. The puzzle never arrived and I have emailed the company several times, both before and after Christmas asking about the status. After seeing another ad on Facebook in January, I commented to the ad explaining I had not received the product. I received a Facebook message back indicating it had been shipped weeks ago (though I never received any of the product specs or shipping confirmations that their website promised) and they would look into it and "get back to you ASAP." I have heard nothing since, despite following up two more times via both Facebook and email. Judging by other comments on social media and other ScamPulse.com reports, this is not uncommon for this company.

I purchased a puzzle, and never received my product. I have tried contacting them via email and their Facebook page, but I have NOT received any response. I looked recently at other reviews of this product on Facebook, and it appears there are many unhappy customers who never received their product. This company is stealing money and is a FRAUD. I just want a refund at this point.
