A month after placing my order for a pet car seat, I still haven’t received my order so I reached out to customer service to request a delivery status. I had been tracking the delivery status, apparently the product ships from China. Customer service could only say that it was with customs and will be released/delivered soon - info in which I can see from the tracking status. When I requested a refund due to lack of faith that I’ll actually receive my product, they said they couldn’t cancel the order because it was “shipped” but offered partial refund instead - for a product I never received?! I essentially paid for a “shipped” product and not a delivered product. Their customer service support email doesn’t work when you respond so I’ve had to forward my responses every time to their support email from their website and they do not have phone number listed either.
