Purchased puppies online through their website. Chatted on the phone several times. Sent pics of the puppies. Refused to FaceTime. Had to give 50% deposit. I was given a shipping date but that got delayed by 1 day. Then I was told that the flight went to a different airport. Then arriving to San Diego. After doing that I was told to give more fees for the kettle. After that they called and said the puppies were given energy shots and had to pay for that. I was told I will be called when the puppies arrive. Did not receive any calls and when I tried to call the business name again they didn’t answer. Tried calling the airlines abt the flight number they gave and couldn’t get ahold of the airlines due to the covid19 situation.
