I purchased a cat carrier for my move across country. At first the purchase was delayed. It arrived the day before our move. It smelled of Vocs I could not pack my cat in there for a long trip. I packed it for use later. Upon further inspection the free harness was for a med to large dog, I was not satisfied with the item. I made contact with the company and made arrangements to Return the item. I had to take pictures of the item then the shipping receipt. After 3 months and 50$ to ship the item back, I have not Received a refund. When I inquire I’m told they will send my message to management and they will get back to me. I have found similar complaints on social media. This company needs to be put out of business, found on Facebook.
