I placed an order for a cat mat for in front of the litter box on October 29th. I waited a few weeks before I contacted them about the shipment. They immediately charged my credit card after I placed the order, but the order is still saying "order placed".

My initial email sent to them was on November 5th. They responded to me two days later stating Covid restrictions and high volume. I have since sent them 5 emails, but I keep getting the run around.

The last email said they cannot refund my money without reason. I think taking someone's money and NEVER shipping a product is a pretty good reason.

This morning I went to their site and it says closed due to covid. I believe this happened because I told them I was filing a complaint with BBB.
