I ordered a training collar in March 2021. The collar is malfunctioning. I have attempted to send multiple emails to the email that is in the order confirmation email but the email is not legit. I have sent multiple messages to the website directly but they ignore. This training collar was pricey and they pretty much are stealing money from people! They need to be stopped and forced to return all the money they stole from people!
