This company, Pawfectlly.com, (@pawfectlly.official and @pawfectll20 on Instagram) sent me a message on Instagram asking if my dog would like to be a “brand ambassador.” They said I would get a 50% discount and a free item. I ordered this robe and was supposed to get a couple of the bandanas for “free.” In total (with shipping) it came to $30. Which I was fine paying because I was getting three items for that amount. The robe came (it’s ABSOLUTELY NOT worth $59.99, or even $30), but not the “free” gifts. I contacted them on Instagram and they said the bandanas were shipped separately, but they wouldn’t provide a tracking number. It’s been almost 2 months since I received the robe and I still haven’t gotten the bandanas. I’ve contacted both Instagram accounts that messaged me and also sent an email through the website and no one will reply.
