The products were pet beds, and the advertisement was on Instagram. They took money from my account, never delivered and products, do not have a phone number, only answered my email with one reply, then charged my account 3 weeks later for another item which I did not order.

I also ordered a bed for my dog and have not received it. Been trying to contact them and now the website does not work. I paid 16.95 and was charged for it.

I saw an ad/page on Facebook and bought a dog bed (no info on the site to see if it was a scam at the time, but plenty now) for $22.95 on July 21, 2022. I never got it. The seller kept sending the same emails saying it was on it's way, being fulfilled, wait 2 weeks, etc. Sent me a FedEx tracking number that was a fake, never got any item. A month later on August 21, 2022, he took $29.95 from my card without my permission! I demanded a refund, he send a message saying he provided one (a lie) and then he said my order would be on the way soon (more form letter responses). He uses Shopify as his store and hides his store ID behind his own pawandpet.co domain. The actual link (to report to Shopify) is https://wflexun1.myshopify.com. The phone number on his site is invalid but the one listed on ScamPulse.com also leads to a similar site called HomeCrate.co. Do not buy from this person and if you do, make sure to monitor your payments as he takes money out repeatedly!
