I ordered from this company via their website and never received the product I purchased. After trying to get an answer from them, I realized there were more people all over the country like myself. All asking the same questions “where is my order!?” (Facebook, reviews)

I tried contacting the company in numerous attempts. All I get back is an apology and they can’t give any information. This company honestly should be closed down on social media/online for good! It’s a scam! They charged my credit card and I ended up having to get a new card with new numbers in fear they would take more money.

Please, something must be done. It’s not right. Or warn others prior, so they don’t make the same mistake I did.

They only took $12.99 which was what the product cost. After contacting them and seeing others like myself online. I canceled my credit card so if they wanted to take more money they couldn’t.


November 14th we ordered a pillow with rose gold sequin that is reversible with a photo for our 9 year old's beloved cat. I took a clear, beautiful photo to send (Her cat is black/blonde/gray).

Also we ordered 2 cat tags.

It said it would take 5-20 days to receive it, which would have been great, because it was going to be our daughter's big Christmas present. Unfortunately, it came in January.

And her cat photo? It was blue. And we never received the cat tags.

Oh, and the sequence was plain gold, not rose gold.

I sent an email with detailed complaints, including photos. I received an email which said it would be forwarded. After many emails, I was offered a15% refund. Eventually the person ( or computer) offered 25% off. Then turned around and offered the 15% again. There were lots of back and forth emails, mostly saying they were sorry.

I went back to the 25% email and took that (thinking we should have gotten a full refund), also I said to send the cat tags. We got $5 back. Went spent $30 plus some change.

Total scam. Would never suggest this website to anyone!

I ordered 5 items on 11/25/18 for Christmas gift.

I emailed them several times asking when we are receiving (since I need it by 12/25), but they kept saying "in a few days".

It is 1/4/18. 2 out of 5 came a few days ago. Waiting for 3 more items.

On the website it says orders "complete".

The socks that I ordered is not even a shape of the feet, but a long tube (no heels). Quality is bad. The cushion that I received is faded.

The reviews on the website are fake. I should have read the other reviews before purchasing, because they either got the bad quality or didn't receive anything.

I purchased Christmas gifts on Nov 16, 2018 from this website. I paid, they took my money, but I have not received my products, they will not return e-mail or phone calls. I read several reviews about this happening to other people. I wish I had read them before I made this purchase. Now I am out $50 and Christmas gifts.
