I purchased a dream bed for my dog from this company on April 19th. When I noticed the order was taking too long I reached out and received the tracking information. When I purchased the item the description did not say it was being shipped from China. I reached out again to address this concern and was ignored. As more time went on I reached out again to communicate my concern about this order being shipped from China. I have also asked for a refund 3 times and now no one is responding. There is no phone number. At this point I'm feeling like this company is a scam. I tried searching to submit reviews and cannot find any other information aside from their website.
