I don't need to repeat what everyone else has already said. Same thing happened to me. Paid in July. Never got the bed. Got the same emails, excuses, then nothing. They disappeared. Until today. November 11. €39 debited from my account attributed to 'Neatsy Shopping' but a no-reply email came in thanking me for my payment from non other than Paw and Pet. Luckily I was able to have my bank put a stop on the payment before it went through and I cancelled my debit card. These people are playing a long-fraud so if you have EVER shared your debit card details with them I strongly urge you to cancel your debit card immediately. They waited five months to come after me again so they are very much up and running and using all the details they have saved from the original scam in July and despite the fact that thousands of people have been ripped off by them and have gone through the motions of reporting them and filing complaints, these people are absolute professionals and are unlikely to be shut down. Protect yourself and cancel your card. They absolutely will steal from you again if you don't, it's just a matter of when.

They advertise cute dog beds. They were on Facebook all the time. I ordered one they emailed with an order # and took the money off my card the same night. A few days later I went into the website and it was no longer there. They have not answered any of my emails until I got one on October 16th ( ordered the aug 25) On October 16th they tried to take the money again and then on the 19th they tried again. So now there claiming my card was declined. Yea it was because they already have my money.There are companies with different names on Facebook selling the same bed and I believe there all the same Company trying to scam people.

Please cancel your debit card. They will come after you again as they did with me and so many other people. The only purpose the dog bed scam serves is for them to be able to collect debit card details so they can use them against you later. They waited 5 months to steal from me again. Cancelling your card is the only way to protect yourself against them.

Also been scammed. Initial order was 22 July. Waited weeks for the product to turn up and here it is October and still no Dog bed. Face book ad offering 70 per cent off. If something seems too good to be true then it is a warning not to go ahead. Yes I should have seen a scam in the making but I got sucked in by what seemed a great deal.
I paid $33.75 at the time of ordering then exactly one month later this "Company" scammed me again by taking a further $43.68 unauthorized. So a total of $77.43 Aus lost! have canceled my Credit card and after reading other customers complaint's about this, I am furious...

I am also a victim of this scam.I will get my money back only because I initiated a dispute with this low-down, lying POS company with the credit card company I used.Oh by the way -- Paw and Pet have completely left the face of this earth, You will not find a thing other than " page unavailable", [censored] of the earth is what I say about this (so-called company)

They took my money but never recieved the 2 pet beds I ordered tried to contact them but no luck,this happened over a month ago and I'm on fixed income, this is a scam co. Dont buy anything from them because that is what you'll get NOTHING just loose your money

I bought 2 pet beds 2 months ago ,paw and pet took the funds out.of my.bank.account and never sent.the beds so I'm out the beds and the loss of money from a horrible scammer

I ordered two dog beds from paw and pet and never received them. I ordered them on July 22, 2022 and the money was taken off my car. Now they keep saying card was declined and won't send me the beds. I sent proof that the beds were paid for and that it was taken out of my credit card account so now they blocked me from sending anymore emails or messages of any kind to them. The beds were the thick anxiety beds that look like a paw. One was a size medium and the other a size XXL

SCAM SCAM SCAM! This scam is being advertised on Facebook. Their FB page was created in July 2022. Aug 4, 2022, I placed an order for an extra large dog bed. Order # PP8786, After three weeks of no updates, I contacted them on FB Messenger. No reply. I did have an email address as they sent me an order confirmation email on the day of the order. I emailed them and received a reply from Reno Mascarin that said:

"We did get an update from our fulfillment center and as our website states, there is a one-week waiting period as we fulfill orders based on priority. Due to the increased social media attention, we have gotten, our products are selling quickly. Therefore, causing a waiting period for the orders to be shipped. If you would like to cancel the order, you will be taken out of your current spot and it will be given to another customer.

We understand this may cause a major inconvenience, however, we appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Please allow some time for us to have the item delivered and you may always follow back up with us via email in regards to your order we'll be more than happy to provide you with an update.

Regards,

Customer Service Representative"

I told them I wanted to cancel and I've not had any reply. That was Aug 22, 2022. They have disabled comments on their FB. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. I hope people see these reviews. I tried finding reviews prior to placing my order and couldn't find any, good or bad, so I chanced my luck and got screwed!

They sign you up for VIP club when you order which costs $29.95 a month. Take it out 30 days after you make purchase. This is ongoing.

Never received product. Tried to take more out for a VIP club. Had to cancel credit card. Disputed charge of $16.95 and credit card company reimbursed me.

Saw on Facebook and ordered a pet bed, like thousands of other people and it never arrived. Bogus emails and tracking numbers and also took $29.95 from my bank account 30 days after purchase of non existing bed for a SUBSCRIPTION FEE. Had to cancel my debit card and get a new one, so that was a big inconvenience but safer. Now I have found more people in the same boat, all scammed just like me, I ordered my bed, 13th July, and now the website has gone and its been weeks since any emails. I bet they have gotten away with thousands of people's money 💰. Bad, bad 👎

I saw an add for there beds for dogs on sale 70% off making it 24.95, ordered it August 8th said ship within 1-2 days delivered 3-5 days haven’t received it yet you took my money but I received nothing. I tried emailing and it says can not deliver email.

I ordered a large pet bed when seeing the advertisement on Facebook. As I have an elderly large dog it seemed ideal. Yes it was a very good price, but with the aftermath of covid, companies do need to loose built up stock. I have emailed on three occasions, but their only response was we have had a heavy response and it will take time. I then got an email about a month ago saying the bed had been shipped, that was nearly a month ago ! I have requested a tracking order to no avail.

I saw is on Facebook . Paw and Pet . Reviews were wonderful for the pet bed so I ordered one for my 13 year old Rae I thought it would help her rest better. They sent me an email right way it had my order # said I would receive it 3 to 5 days after shipped .I checked to see if it had yet. and guess what this company can not be reached. So I'am out $20.95 . Not a lot of money just proves you can't trust people.But GOD takes care of people like that ! GOD BLESS YOU PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM !

I ordered a dog bed for my puppy. I purchased it on July 25, 2022, the money was taken from my account immediately. After a couple weeks, of not receiving my merchandise, I sent 2 emails. I was told the bed would be sent shortly. I called the phone number that was provided on the website, of course the number was no longer in service. I tried emailing the website again & this time I didn’t receive a response. Now it’s 4 weeks later & I still don’t have my bed. Be careful buying anything from this online store. They will take your money, not answer their emails & never send your order.

They advertise a cute paw shaped pet bed. I purchased the bed. Got email confirmation. After not receiving my bed, I tried to call....# disconnected. I emailed support so many times and no response. The ScamPulse.com has several complaints on them. You can't leave a review or comment. They are taking money and not delivering. Please help me and others. This site needs taken down. I notified Facebook and they did nothing.

I saw an add for a pet bed from Paw and Pet. It was on sale so I thought I would order one. I placed my order on July 29th, received a confirmation email and order number. Since then, I have not heard anything, have not received any shipping confirmation or any other communication regarding my order. I then went on the website to try and track my order and using the order number sent to me along with my email, says "No order can be found". I tried to contact them through their instant messenger on the website and waited almost 3 hours for no response. I then tried to call the number on the website and it is not in service. I believe this is a scam and they are clearly still accepting new orders.

Saw this on my Facebook feed. Paw and pet. Pet bed that your dog will love.

75% off with free shipping. Ordered on Aug 3rd, have not received item. Have sent many (5) e-mails to them at [email protected]

Yes that’s co and not com. Called my credit card company to submit a dispute. I fell for the SCAM. Please pay attention to sites on Facebook selling things

I have also been scammed by this company and have also had extra funds taken from my bank account without my consent. I am in a Facebook group of over 20 annoyed people whom have all had the same issues with this scam company. Something needs to be done about it ASAP as I fear its affected thousands of people all over the world now. More upset 😡 people join our group daily. All credit cards cancelled and debit cards changed, some people will never receive money back.
