In Oct. 2020, a man that goes by the name Gus Lopez, claimed to be the owner of a business called Paving Company, stopped at my home several times to offer his services as a asphalt/chip-seal, driveway coating company of which he gave me numerous business cards. I had been in the process of refinancing our home to do several home improvement projects of which chip sealing my driveway was one of them. I called him and he took measurements and quoted a price that was reasonable compared to quotes from other chip sealing contractors. The quote was for $5.500 and he asked for $4,000 down because he said he could buy the foundation oil in bulk. I paid him and here it is February,2021 and I haven't seen him again. I've been scammed by this guy and I want everyone to know about him and his evil ways! I also want to see if I can get my money back!
