In order to have him transported from Virginia, I needed to cover cost of dog and flight. Asked to get two $400 =$800. American Express cards. Take a picture of front of card and your receipt.When dog is delivered, give cards to driver.
I thought if they didn’t have the 3 digit number on back of card, they couldn’t cash. Wrong. They spent all at TARGET
I checked balance on cards, that’s when I learned it was a FRAUD?
