I received an email from what looked like my Ace Hardware rewards card that said I’d won a Milwaukee Drill. When I claimed it I was told I just needed to pay shipping of $9.99. I gave my credit card information and shipping address. I was told I would receive drill in 5 to 10 business days. I still have not received it. I checked my credit card statement and found a reoccurring charge of $109.88 to the same company (NGC Products). I had not ordered anything. I contacted my credit card company and with their help we went on a 3 party conference call. NCG Products said that the charge every month was for me to be in a drawing to win merchandise every month! I no way agreed to something so stupid. They finally agreed to cancel my subscription and finally agreed to a 100% refund to my credit card. It will take 5 to 10 business days to show on my credit card. I will continue to check my transactions. I called Ace Hardware to inform them that their name was being used in this scam and they were aware and were working on it. They have NO affiliation with NGC.
