Received a phone call from a 985# stating they were with Patterson Asset Management and were calling to collect a debt. They told me I took a $500 payday loan out back in December of 2014 and still owed on it. They said it was from E-Z cash, even gave me an account number and a store number. they identified my last 4 digits of my social security and my address... I never took any such loan or cash advance out. Scary they knew some of my info! they said the debt is now over $1,000 in fees and I need to setup a payment plan with them or it will go on my credit and/or go to court. I told them I would call them back. My wife and I called back and they actually answered. they gave us the same info as on the first call and then we called back again and no answer just music playing. We cannot find any trace of the cash place and location they told us. we did not give any info and have not seen anything tried on our credit.
