On Facebook I found a flower box through patternseekus.com. Everything looked legit at first. After 3 weeks I contacted them saying I had not received my order. Miraculously after that a "watch showed up in my mailbox" I contacted them that it wasn't what I ordered. They replied with this

We have just contacted the shipping warehouse and found that the shipping workers made a mistake, and we are sorry that this happened.

This is a failure of our duty.Even if this product is not what you ordered, but it still has some value.In order to save you time and money in returning it, we can offer you a 5% refund, would you like to accept this offer from us? This would be the fastest and most convenient way to solve this problem.Looking forward to your reply and hope you can accept this solution.

I declined the 10% stating I want a full refund because I did not order the watch and was not notified that they were out of what I ordered.

On Facebook I found a flower box planter. I clicked on it and I ordered it through patternseekus.com. Everything looked legit and I immediately got an email confirming my purchase and then subsequent emails about tracking my package. Around the time my planter box was supposed to arrive I received a package of ear buds. They were an $8 product on Amazon I did not order. I waited a few more days before contacting patternseekus.com. Upon contacting them they said my package had shipped and should have arrived. I suggested perhaps the wrong item (ear buds) had been shipped. They confirmed that this indeed had happened and that I could keep the ear buds but my item was out of stock. They would also offer me a 5% refund($3.60 of my $72). I declined this offer and they then offered 10% refund. I declined this as well and have not heard back from them since.
