Emailed offer was for sleeping bag, "free, pay shipping only." We ordered ONE; got NO info (order #, invoice, etc.) other than the bank charge for $49.95. When I called, they said that I had ordered FIVE, and in fact the $49.95 was the SHIPPING charge for the five. (Their website, in fact, later noted that the item was "no longer available"; I have no idea whether they planned to share this with me, or refund shipping for an item they didn't offer.) When I called, they offered to reverse the charges (which they did, instantly), with no explanation about the above irregularities.
