Ordered mother's day gift may 2021 never received it or never received a refund they wrote back 2 months later saying there's too much work to do an not enough employees so be patient it will arrive. Well never arrived an won't answer anymore questions.

I ordered last year and have never got my product. So crazy how they take your money and don't send the product it was for my mom for mother's day it's been a whole year never heard anything but one time saying they were backed up and would be a few more weeks then never responded again.

Same as every one else never received. The company had advertisements all over the facebook. I made a small purchase back on April 29th, 2021. I received a confirmation email stating my order was being processed. I never received another update. I emailed the company in end of may / early june to get an update and at the time was told that they were a small company, had a ton of orders, and were just behind will take 7-10 more days. It then advanced to the point that I also cannot check your order status online any longer, and when I attempted to get a respond back from them though email again I get an error that the email address cannot be found, or is unable to receive mail. I am now seeing complaints EVERYWHERE about this company. And even a BBB reporting site when you go a search of the company name...

Horrendous. I bought a Mothers Day Canvas for my mother, my daughter and yes myself. Our Children's births are so important to us. I paid over 59.00 and never got anything. I ordered in April I emailed them in June said they were a small company and were backlogged. It's now October and the email bounces. Total rip off. I can't imagine how many people got scammed by this.

This company has advertisements all over the internet and social media. I made a small purchase back in April 2021. I received a confirmation email stating my order was being processed. Patriots Republic posted an ad on Facebook advertising a Mother's Day sale on select products. I ordered from them April 27th 2021 and still have yet to receive my purchase nor have I gotten a refund. Their contact email no longer works, they only replied to me one time in May saying it would be another 7 to 10 days due to being short staffed with a large amount of orders and never heard anything from them again and their check order status on their website no longer works either. I reported them to Facebook for scamming people but of course they did nothing about it.

I ordered a Mother’s Day canvas on May 2, 2021. Today is June 15, 2021 and I have yet to receive my purchase or a refund of $67.44 that was paid to them. All emails sent to them have gone unanswered and there is no contact phone number. I used after pay for payment and they aren’t much help in resolving this issue either!! I am so disgusted as I work hard for my money and I feel that it has been stolen right out from under me!!

I ordered a Mother's day gift for my mom with all of her kid's names and birthdates on it the date was April 28, 2021. I checked https://patriotsrepublic.com/pages/order-lookup with all my information and it says "Sorry, no results." After 6 weeks of not receiving my package or getting any updates from their website or by email I messaged them on Facebook and they are STILL ignoring me!! I paid $59.95 for the canvas and I am SO UPSET by this!!!
