I purchased a picture for my mother back at the beginning of May 2021. I received a confirmation with a code and now after emailing them 2 x (they don’t have a phone number) and waiting 6 weeks I still have not received the item or an email back. They charged my card the same day as the was placed but will not contact me back. Horribly sorry I ever even tried to order anything from them.
