Claims to be a puppy breeder in El Paso, Texas. Wanted to online Zelle or Apple Pay. Most of the information on the website doesn’t line up to actual facts. Patriot Shibas is not a recorded AKC official breeder and claimed to be a part of the NSCA and Japanese Nippo Club, which I was not able to find their name on any of those directories online. When I was prompted to pay, the seller reached out over and over again and continued to call me when I wouldn’t answer. I have not moved forward with a purchase and have ceased contact.
