Lady person goes by Helen claims to work for Cardinal Gear phone# 267-308-4884 tried to contact my Mother to receive medical brace equipment. Seems as though they got her Medicare card. This Helen also knows my mother's doctor name. We have contacted her Doctor's office and her doctor's office has contacted this Helen @ 267-308-4884. This Helen told the doctor's office she knows my mother very well which is NOT true. We have contacted Medicare to report the information. A week later UPS deliver's the brace equipment that came from Patriot DME Inc. see picture attached. Called Medicare. Medicare says to contact the company to give them an option to have their equipment returned. We called and cannot get a response 3/24. Called Medicare to report the fraud with Patriot DME Inc information. Medicare says to wait for Medicare Summary Notice for Patriot DME Inc claim. So presently we wait until we see the claim and contact Medicare to notify to not process the claim
