A friend of mine said she received money from a DHHS representative and said I should get in contact with him and get money also. I was very skeptical, because nothing is free. I looked this guy up and he said he gets grants that enable him to send free money. Anyway, I didn't believe him at all. He kept asking me on Facebook Messenger to fill out a form with all personal information. I asked him for proof that he was real and he sent me all kinds of answers and even talked bad back to me for doubting him. So I have some pictures of what he was messaging me back to my questions. I need to report him so he doesn't try and scam other people. I knew a government official would not talk to me like he did. I have sent some pictures of our conversation.
