This company approached us Oct 2013 for patient direct marketing opportunities. We agreed to a 2 year contract, but noticed by Nov 2015, that we were still being billed for their services. We thought it was just a mistake and that they would reverse the charges, since we hadn't agreed to a 3rd year. We contacted the company (The community network advertising- their name at the time - which has since changed to Patient-Direct Marketing) and were advised the the contract we signed (for 2 years) has a clause in it that would automatically roll over to a 3rd year contract unless we canceled the contract 6 months in advance (1-1/2 years into our orig. contract). They forwarded the paperwork needed to cancel the contract, which we returned right away. Only to be told that we were now stuck paying for a 3rd year. Not only that, they told us that this cancellation paperwork did not apply for our next year term, and that we would have to contact them again 6 months later, to cancel. Well we did- 6 months later- just to be told that we were a couple of days over (which is a total lie) and that we are now signed up for another year!!!! We have lost 3713.16 to date and now they want another 1237.72! Stay far- FAR away from this company!!!!
