Help! My ex husband whom is my partner, received a call from Patient care services PH# 231-251-9094
What do we do? My partner gave his social security number to the guy who said, they where from Patient care services with Medicare. He had lost his card. So he thought this The guy was nice and said, if you give me your social security number we can give you your Medicare ID number and order you a new card. When he called and told me, I explained Medicare would not ask you for your SS#. I called the number he received the call from above. They guy just kept telling me if I give him the social security number I'm questioning he will give me his medicare number. I said, that isn't what I want. How do I protect him from them using his SS number now. What do we need to do?

I'm receiving phone calls for the last month at least once an hour from 8am to 5pm from multiple phone numbers with local prefixes, claiming to be from Patient Care Services, working in conjunction with Medicare. First thing they ask is how I am. They ask me if I am having back or knee pain because they can help. This is when I cut them off. I've reported them several times and have filed complaints with Medicare and the FTC. I've had about 50 phone numbers that they have called from blocked by Spectrum. I'm at my wits end with these phone calls, I've asked them nicely to take me off their list, that I'm not interested. I've been extremely rude. I have threatened them with a police tap. The next thing will be an airhorn or a gun shot. They ask for me by name each time. I am desperate to get some help with this issue, so far I've had no luck.

I have been receiving calls on my cell from callers within my local area code. Same robo message asking if I have pain, and offering me a medical grade knee or neck brace. They even leave messages. They also offer an opportunity to be placed on a do not call list which I’ve done numerous times. I’ve also blocked the caller on my phone, only to receive more calls from different phone numbers. On the average I receive 3-5 calls per day. I have selected to speak to a rep several times, only to.be hung up on when I asked for the name of the company. Today i played along with the rep and got the name of the company, Patient Care Services. The rep tried hard to get my medical insurance company’s name which I didn’t give her. I ended up telling her I was going to make a report with the BBB. She, of course, hung up on me.

they call repeatedly from unknown or wireless numbers wanting to get me a knee or back brace i have been asked to be placed on the do not call list and they continue to call and when i speak to someone about it i am sceamed at and hung up on. they ask for my medicare number and social security number.

The "Patient Care Services" rep said she was responding to my request for a medical grade brace, and the she needed my medicaid number. I never made such a request. When I asked for her company's phone number she hung up.
