I purchased hanging wicker chairs only to be shipped a small hammock. Customer service claim they can no longer send my original order and asked me to keep the hammock “as their gift” then they offered me a 20% refund on the original price paid.

I purchased an item online from Patever.com and what I received was a completely different item of a much lower price. I have been emailing with the company ([email protected]) and they have been refusing to give me the full refund. And now their website is down and unavailable. The item I was supposed to receive was a hanging wicker chair.
