I am a 22 year old female i also have good renters history and great credit and so do my brother and boyfriend. I viewed the property I told him that it would be me my brother and my boyfriend he said that was okay my supervisor was present at this time. I gave him a $105 money order to run everyone's credit. Which he wanted in his name not the company's. I emailed him today he said he could not approve me for the apartment because state law states 3 adults cannot live in a two bedroom unit who are unrelated but he knew this at the time i was applying. he also said my credit wasnt approved which he never ran my credit I get the notifications and I never got one. My mom called and he told my mom I was not allowed to move my individuals from rem the group home I work in and that was never discussed. He stated that he wouldn't rent to us because my brother is just a cashier and he's a lowlife. When my mom told him by law that we are requesting everyone's credit reports he ran and he told my mom he's not giving us [censored] and hung up once my mom stated that he never ran our credit he told my mom he'll run it now but he will only approve me not my brother or boyfriend. I also talked to my current landlord and she never got a call or inquirie about our history. He took our 105$ and never ran anyones credit. And denied us because of credit which he never ran.
