Purchased their product online but the access code they gave me would not work. When it finally did, I was only able to access my purchase for 10 seconds before their system booted me off the website. I requested a refund and they repeatedly refused but then finally said a refund would be issued. I followed up several days later because no refund appeared in my account and they said they would not issue the refund unless I helped them troubleshoot the issues on their website. When I told them that this was not my role as a paying customer, they ended contact and kept my money. I was never able to use or fully access my purchase and no refund was ever given.

Hello, we are so sorry you had technical difficulties with your browser not working. We were able to troubleshoot the issue and it has now been resolved. While we understand your role is not to help us, we were only trying to help you and needed some participation on your part in order to do so. You had full access to the product you purchased and we were trying to help you navigate how to access it. After multiple days of you having access, we still were willing to provide you a full refund, but as we communicated with you, our system would not let us. We will be happy to provide you a refund in another manner and will reach out via email. We appreciate the feedback and wish you the best with your exams.
