By paying this invoice thru third party - paypal would not honor as not being delivered or a scam.
Said that was a valid contract and I agreed to pay. Seller non responsive. Tried many times unsuccessfully to get money back.
I have a complete audit trail of all correspondence but did not help me recover the money I lost. I did not see paypal as a way to pay on website anymore
