I went on line to find a puppy for myself. I came across the web sight passion bichons and fell in love with one of the puppies. I contacted them. I filled out an adoption form he called the next day. Told me to go to western union and wire $700 plus $100 shipping fee. I did that but the money was sent to Kohnstam Carter, PA. I did not understand what was going on so I took my receits to my bank. They told me it must be a scam. The next day I got an E mail from Diamond Air County, a supposed air freight company telling me to send them $940 for a air controlled carrier for the puppy. I called them I got a person who could barely speak english. I told them I did not have that much money. I called David back and asked what was going on. He said the money would be refunded when I gave the crate back to the delivery guy. I said no your add says it will be sent American or Continental and I gave you $100 for shipping. He said sorry but that was the only way. I told him to send my money back. Have not heard a word
