My school email was hacked offering a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner review. The monies was paid via credit card ($299.00) and I immediately received an offer for a lesser amount (175.00). In contacting the organization via the chat box on the website, I was immediately texted via telephone and asked about my school information and date of completion. The representative immediately suggested pushing the review date until after course completion. I was given multiple invites to course materials but was never able to access the material. Upon asking for a refund, I was told that there was a strict no refund policy that was not visible on the website page. I immediately contacted my institution (Herzing University) and was told that this was a fraudulent site, as my account had been hacked and this company was not authorized or recommended by the school, and IT was notified of the situation. I contacted my credit card company and was refunded the monies. The representative from this fraudulent company replied denying any wrong doing by sending half but not all of the correspondence between them and I, but admitting that there was technical issues in my trying to access the course material.

As it stands, I am being charged $299.00 via Credit One Bank American Express for services that I never received. I could never access any of the materials, there were just text messages, changing the course times, and changing the program content. The email that they listed was as point of contact was a fraudulent email all communication ceased via text. There was never communication exchanged via email. Yet on the response to the credit card company, a different email was provided.

Documents could be uploaded as the file was not excepted. Proof of document can be sent up request.
